• Project lead, coordinating various projects from beginning to end with limited time frames • Designing, sketching and creating new ideas using various textures, fabrics and color matching techniques • Daily creation of boards and sample charts for customers and clients demonstrating new ideas and styles before final designs are submitted, crafted and manufactured. • CAD designs for daily and weekly projects • Providing upmost customer service, managing relationships, client follow ups and delivering personalized designs utilizing current market trends

• Daily drafting, sketching and designing clothing using Photoshop, Creative Suite, DrawPlus, and Illustrator to generate samples that can be easily interchanged and presented to design team on a daily/weekly basis • Partnering with development team weekly to craft collaborative designs and present constructive input on colors and current trends, laying out comparative sketches and adding to others’ designs • Level of output transcends 20 concepts with designs constantly fluctuating, requiring quick turn around and last minute adjustments • Handling of all marketing materials and paraphernalia including but not limited to; graphically designing components for final aspect of product designs allowing for complete distribution to public • Using Outlook to effectively communicate with clients and team members, calendaring meetings, agendas and creating travel arrangements when necessary.

• Manage inventory of product and daily store maintenance, upkeep and interior design of store face • Assisting clients with custom made pieces, providing sample boards, graphic renderings, sample color swatches, fabric options while providing professional customized design services. • Weekly orders of fabric and color swatches, analyzing season colors and materials, keeping up to date with trends • Handling of all store logistics, finances, customer relationships, hiring and training of other employees
