I enjoy working with social media, marketing and paid search. I'm also a sports and outdoors enthusiast.

Manage nearly 200 PPC accounts ranging from $200 monthly budgets to $10,000 monthly budgets.  Provide conversion tracking in various degrees as well as a/b testing.  Create display/banner ads for various campaigns.  In charge of creating new streams of revenue and how to grow PPC sales.  Google Adwords certified, as well as a certified Google Partner.

Paid Search Manager

Assisted customers with purchasing exercise equipment and service plans. Initiated in-home service visits and parts orders. Developed new sales campaigns and promotions.

Client Relations

Assisted customers with product inquiries also initiated returns and the placement of new orders.

Managed the Facebook page and Twitter feed to assist customers via social media. Implemented new programs to cut customers wait time when calling to our call center. Developed QR codes for videos to walk customers through assembly of new products. Managed a team of 15-20 agents.
