In this position I was responsible for managing key marketing functions specific to lead generation and investor communications. Specific responsibilities included:

• Affiliate marketing - Prior to my arrival, the company was only working with one affiliate partner. In four months time I had increased the total number of affiliates to ten which consistently brought in over 500 leads per month. At the peak of the program, the affiliates were generating over 1,000 leads per month and bringing in over $100K in revenue each month.
• Email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - After a reduction in force took place in 2019, I took over the email marketing system and the responsibilities associated with it including the creation, writing and distribution of all marketing and investor communications for the company.
• Project Management (Modiv rebrand) - I was an integral part in the rebranding effort the company is currently working on. This included designing a new logo, coming up with a new color scheme and working with the development team and outside agency on completely redesigning the website and overall user experience. (BRIX REIT separation) - In 2019, the company separated the investment offerings so that they would be completely independent of each other. I was tasked with coming up with a new logo, color palette, and imagery for the BRIX REIT website that would make it stand out on its own. This included overseeing the creation of a brand video too which is showcased on the homepage of the website (brix-reit.com).
• Other tasks I was responsible for included generating content on the company blog and providing support to other departments including: accounting, acquisitions, investor relations, and others as necessary. This included building custom landing pages, various design projects, creating offering documents and property pages that were utilized on the website.

Marketing Communications Manager

In this position I was responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns running on phoenixnewtimes.com and other affiliated networks. Specific responsibilities included:

• Making sure all campaigns were set up properly and on time per the purchase order
• Troubleshooting any challenges with initial set up including: Pixel implementation, resizing artwork,
editing newsletter content, etc.
• Generating tests/mock ups for clients to see & approve before setting campaigns live
• Tracking campaigns to ensure fulfillment goals were being met
• Cross referencing different analytics programs to ensure the campaign was producing quality traffic
• Managing all email newsletter inventory
• Creating detailed campaign reports that illustrate the success of the campaign

Digital Product Manager

In this position I worked directly with the Business Development Director on multiple projects including:

• Redesigning the company website
• Compiling competitor research
• Designing Marketing Collateral
• Creating Marketing Videos to educate new/potential clients and study participants • Attending conferences to educate and connect with potential clients

Marketing & Business Development Associate

The primary responsibility in this position was to support the Marketing Director with a variety of tasks including:

• Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and print ads
• Managing digital marketing calendars for social media campaigns, press release schedules and other marketing campaigns
• Facilitating all social media efforts
