As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of sales and operations roles.  In my current role as a Golf Ball Sales Representative with TaylorMade, I have honed my business development skills working with pro shops, retailers and golf professionals to build sales for the organization.  In 2019, I was recognized as the company’s # 1 sales rep, based on leads generated. Regardless of the role, I have always made it a priority to create real, lasting relationships to ensure that the needs of my leadership team, as well as my coworkers and end customers, are being met and their expectations are being exceeded. I am an adept, organized, and results-driven individual who takes a great deal of pride in building a powerful sales organization. I am a problem-solver with the fortitude to take on any task and the ability to function well under pressure. Building relationships and working with clients is crucial to what I do every day. 

•	Achieved Number 1 Representative in the country based on leads generated
•	Territory covering 70+ golf courses in Maryland, D.C., Delaware, and Northern Virginia.
•	Generated revenue for TaylorMade and golf courses by educating the golfers on why the TP5/TP5x is the best golf ball for their game.
•	Assisted with mobile pro shops, which includes selling product to members and guests before the designated tournament.

•	Source high-quality vintage clothing and electronics from thrift stores, and efficiently manage inventory of 90 items. 
	•	Manage all aspects of shipping, including cost-benefit analysis of shipping options to determine the cheapest and fastest options, adding insurance, tracking, and researching lost packages. 
	•	Achieved above standard seller status within 5 months, and monthly sales of $900. 
	•	Provided consignment services for 2 clients resulting in $60 per month per client.
	•	Communicate with Depop customers to answer questions, resolve disputes, and provide further details about items for sale. 5-star positive feedback.

Independent Seller

	•	Greeted customers and catered to their needs throughout my shift.
	•	Set up specific layouts for over 300 on-campus events annually.
	•	Assisted with the presentation, audio/visual and other equipment needs.
	•	Certified Crowd manager.
