Extensive experience representing the La Maestra Foundation is securing donations for youth programs, as well as establishing mutually beneficial relationships between other non-profit organizations.  
Experience in a corporate environment in regards to standards in professionalism, and goal oriented management.  
Experience within skateboard industry in relation to youth programming

As an assistant to the staff of the MiraCosta Technology Career Institute, I was able to help establish a full functional robotics lab, and assist staff in not only daily functions, but in the classroom as well.  Under professor Kris Rolfson and work skills navigator Mike Green, I have been able to help establish relationships with local area business as a part of our job readiness program.

I coordinated a wide variety or programs for the La Maestra Foundation.  From establishing and managing an after school art and engineering program, a community garden, a college prep course, and even a skateboard trash pick up program.  I have extensive experience in managing staff and volunteers.  As well as being asked to establish and complete goals for the sake of furthering the goal of our organization.  My time in the non-profit sector taught me a great deal about both business and a variety of social situations.
