• Oversee five onsite field technicians on site while they provide customer support for the IntelliServ Network • Maintaining and improve customer relations with all onsite rig personnel. • Training new Field Specialists in compliance of safety guidelines associated with the work e environment. • Monitor and repair the IntelliServ system to ensure proper function. • Inspections and testing of equipment for defects that may cause potential downtime. • Daily shift reports, writing failure reports, creating and researching material for various engineering reports. • On location for extensive periods, internationally and domestically. • Quarterly and yearly employee evaluations and performance reviews.
