	Managed a sales team of sixteen sales representatives in both Surf and Outdoor markets

	Responsible for creating and driving annual sales budgets
	Managed new product launches and in store point of sale to drive customer awareness
	Created and maintained account relationships, identifying opportunities and growing market share within each product category

International Sales Manager:
	Directed and oversaw all distributer sales for the Americas region including Tahiti
	Managed sales volumes and product mix to maximize sales and global footprint 
	Responsible for distributor agreements, creating annual sales budgets and managing marketing collateral to ensure a global cohesive marketing message

US Branch Manager:
	Oversaw day-to-day operations of office staff including operations, warehouse, marketing, online and customer service
	Instituted staff accountabilities and annual reviews to maximize office performance
	Worked closely with HR/Controller to monitor monthly office expenses 


Regional Manager of the Americas

• Buy sell distribution of Solarez resin-based products for both retail and manufacturing applications
