I moved to Colorado in 2015 because I wanted my life centered around the things that keep me steady. Snowboarding, paddleboarding, hiking, and years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu shaped my routine, my community, and the people I spend time with. This is not a weekend hobby for me. It is how I live day to day. My career has been built on relationships. For more than twenty years, I worked closely with physicians and healthcare leaders who value trust, follow-through, and clear communication. I became someone they relied on because I pay attention, read people well, and make interactions feel human instead of transactional. Those skills are portable, and they matter in any industry built on connection. Outside of work, I volunteer with the 501st Legion at charity events. I enjoy being the person who helps people feel comfortable, welcomed, and part of something. That is where I tend to do my best work, behind the scenes and in the mix, making things run smoothly. I have been successful in healthcare, but I am intentionally transitioning into a lifestyle-driven industry that aligns with my actual lifestyle. I am drawn to roles where I can work with people, represent a brand well, support partners or VIPs, and help create experiences that feel authentic. This shift is not a leap. It is a natural next step because these are already my people, and this is already my world.

In my current role at Jordan Search Consultants, I work as a senior healthcare recruiter focused on long-term, relationship-driven search work. I partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, executives, and leadership teams to help them build stable, high-functioning clinical teams.

My day-to-day work is less about transactions and more about trust. I manage full-cycle searches, but the real value I bring is understanding people. I spend a lot of time listening, reading between the lines, and helping both candidates and clients navigate high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence. Many ofF the relationships I manage span years, not months.

I serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the entire process, setting expectations, managing communication, and making sure everyone feels informed and supported. I regularly handle sensitive conversations around compensation, relocation, career changes, and team dynamics, often acting as a calm, steady presence in situations that carry a lot of pressure.

At its core, my role is about representing people well, protecting relationships, and creating outcomes where both sides feel taken care of. That relationship management skill is the foundation of everything I do.
