Provide user experience and user interface solutions for a diverse client base of small local businesses, agencies and large international corporations. A brief client list includes Gore-Tex, Scuderia Toro Rosso, Meritage Homes, Pulte Homes, AZ Lotto and Time Warner Cable. Created the user experience through screen flow and wireframes for a native IOS and Android CRM application for Pulte Homes. The app allowed the Pulte Homes sales team to quickly find unassigned leads that were generated from the Pulte website and manage the sales process and log their activity with current prospects. Developed Gore-Tex #Send-Me Adventure Grant Facebook app using the Offerpop platform. This app encouraged users to submit their information along with the adventure they wanted to go on for a chance to win $5,000.Six stories were selected and users then voted on those top six entries. As a result of the campaign Gore-Tex email sign-ups were increased by 5% over their goal amount and their social audience increased by 7%. Directed the user experience redesign of Meritage Home’s Philips Builders website. New user experience focused on helping users find a home with minimal navigation effort.

Directly responsible for planning, developing and implementing all of the companies marketing strategies, communications, annual marketing budgets and calendars. Preformed / directed the rebranding of The Amazing Flameless Candle brand as the design-centric, high-end flameless candle in the market. This included an overhaul of the flamelesscandles.com e-commerce website, consumer and wholesale catalog development, packaging design and new product design and development. Created new responsive e-commerce site on the Shopify platform. Utilized the platform's ruby on rails infrastructure and liquid template language to create a highly dynamic web application. Increased e-commerce sales by 150% by implementing new user-flows, social sharing and retargeting campaigns. Also increased Facebook audience by 100% with the implementation of social sharing and creating engaging content for social media channels. Updated product controls to allow users to quickly understand how to turn their candles on/off as well as set the internal daily timer. Also created a video series to go along with this to not only show the customer how to use the candle controls and remote, but also provided them with ideas on how they can decorate with their newly purchased candles. Implemented product standards across the entire product line for a consistent user-experience including the addition of remote control compatibility for nearly all products.

Created fully evolved User Interfaces for applications using HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript/jQuery. Directed stakeholder interviews, produced project estimates , scopes of work and provided strategy recommendations. Implemented and directed projects for clients such as Red Bull, Teva, Indy Car, Cisco, DriveTime, Nordstroms, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Republic Services, Pink Jeep Tours and Time Warner Cable. Created social app framework for Time Warner Cable’s “Enjoy Better” campaigns and sweepstakes. Apps were built on the Wildfire platform and utilized the liquid template language to create dynamic applications for facebook, twitter and custom landing pages. Beyond the liquid language HTML5, CSS and JavaScript / jQuery was used to create engaging desktop and mobile apps. Lead the front-end development team to produce the indycar.com desktop and mobile experience in less than 7 weeks. Utilizing an Agile workflow the site was created using the ASP .NET SiteCore content management system. The front-end was built using HTML, CSS and jQuery within Visual Studio and used Team Foundation Server for repository management. Through integrating social sharing on content through out the site, Indy Cars social engagment increased by over 200% in the first year. Directed Front-End Development for both Infiniti Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Toro Rosso websites. Maintained both websites by updating and creating inactive content using CSS3 and jQuery. Both sites required yearly redesigns that consisted of new user-flows, interactive content pages and social platform integrations.

Implemented project management process to insure on-time, on-budget delivery as well as managing the scope of work. Helped create custom content management systems based on ASP .Net platform. Managed the creation of over 200 custom and semi-custom websites using a custom built ASP .NET content management system. Created framework and design templates to rapidly produce websites for clients that used this CMS solution. Clients include some of the nations largest healthcare providers such as: Health Management Associates, Baptist Health, Parrish Medical Center, Community Health Systems and Florida Physicians Medical Group. Many of these sites were award the W3 Award and Webawards. Directed “the sooner, the better” national campaign for CVS Caremark. This include managing photo shoots, creation of print and web ads, email marketing and website design. This campaign was award several Addy awards for design and photography.
