I am a fine artist (painter) and a graphic designer.
Working on opening the door to various business opportunities using my graphic design certificate from the Art Institute of Colorado. I have recently worked on various projects that included: logo design, brand identities, Re- branding concepts and creation, and icons for websites/UI and web and mobile-based apps.

Project Manager - Operations

• Utilized data analysis to troubleshoot and explain network/device issues, root cause, and financial impact. Recommended resolutions, workarounds. All fixes and workarounds were backed up by data and testing.
• Developed effective reporting tools for all projects using databases and MS Excel, prepared routine reporting and deliverables, tracked all current UI, Application, and Device related issues, and provided necessary feedback to business owners.
• Produced and reviewed detailed documentation of products, systems, for customer support needs, including new or updated process workflow, program or promo functions, device and app support docs, and modifications for current/outdated documentation.
• Created and coordinated Care Operations' pre-launch test plan for upcoming devices to ensure product testing was effectively done within the Care Operations standards.
• Assisted with the product development requirements for new devices using data and analysis from pre-launch test plans.

Project Manager/Business Analyst

• Planned and executed all lifestyle apparel merchandising throughout the store and partnered with apparel buyers to plan and prepare sales floor for each order for upcoming seasonal launches.
• Assisted Apparel Buyer by attending trade shows, lending insight based on current fashion market trends. I was also asked to sit in on new product line
viewings from product reps in the industry and would view and write seasonal catalog notes for the retail buyers to review. I also assisted with product inventory fills.
• Store Buyer for watches. Involved in buying and filling of watches and accessories.
• Planned and merchandised floor visuals/fixtures to ensure an innovative strategic retail floor plan.
• Managed all vendor RA #'s for defective in-store and customer returned merchandise. This also included being responsible for organizing, tracking, and shipping all returned merchandise through our location.
• Linked up with brand reps to deliver feedback on product sales with via sales system reporting.
• Collaborated with area brand reps to efficiently and effectively display all brand POP throughout the store.
• Floor Manager Duties: "Keyholder" (Opening and Closing), overseeing daily store operations, managing daily schedule, ensuring customer service is priority at all times.
