As an accomplished and awarded salesperson with management and marketing experience, I always delivers the utmost excellent customer service and excel in maintaining positive relations with major accounts. I was the Manager Assistant at Hertz car rental in Anaheim, CA near Disneyland. Being among the top 20 national branches, we received a high volume of business on a daily basis where I dealt with high pressure and sense of urgency. This position exposed me to many sides of operations . I took pride in providing excellent customer service and was an award winning accomplished salesperson. I was responsible for maintaining a positive rapport with our number one account, The Anaheim Marriott. My skills in relationship building were driven further as I also marketed our brand to other hotels and automotive shops.

Manager Assistant

I was a department manager at Sport Chalet. Starting as a sales associate for a high school job, I moved my way to becoming responsible for the sales and operations of the entire footwear department. I interviewed, hired, and trained new employees. At weekly meetings, I presented sales and service performance evaluations. Part of my duties included the overall presentation of the sales floor merchandising and administering 90 day and annual employee reviews. I also succeeded at communicating with industry brand representatives.
