Regional Sales Representative/Account Manager

Marketing & Sales

• Supervise receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise
• Train all Customer Service Representatives on new accounts with billing and utmost customer service
• Create detailed SOPs for all warehouse tasks
• Supervise 60-100 staff members, including preparing weekly rosters projecting labor needed, including VAS and other Special Projects
• Create pricing tariff and billing for all accounts on site(s)
• Manage, budget, and review all material costs and labor costs to be most efficient
• Conduct thorough cycle counts daily
• Run daily stock reports to track all movement of product in house
• Manage multiple WMS systems for multiple accounts
• Manage and review all orders and transfers daily through logs and report snapshots
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and pick-ups via freight, container, Postal, Fedex, UPS, ect.
• Train all staff members on account/vendor compliance guides
• Create charge back forms and pricing  for all new accounts including vendor OS&D reports
• Ensure a productive, safe and organized environment in all extensions of the company for staff and building compliant with OSHA to achieve maximum results.

Account Manager/Project Manager/Supervisor

• Supervise the receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise
• Create daily stock reports of inventory transactions
• Conduct thorough cycle counts daily
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics
• Supervise up to 30 staff members, including preparing weekly rosters
• Train new staff members
• Load containers, pallets and trucks for delivery via freight
• Complete paperwork for domestic/ international movements (BOLs, PLs)
• Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports
