Currently managing a CVS Pharmacy Retail Store with annual sales of 4.9M, overseeing Inventory to include cycle counts, sales, operations and all warehouse activity. Also have experience as the Administrator for an OTR Transportation Company. Familiar with CAL OSHA and all Safety requirements for warehouse and front store

•	Overall store management, supervision and policy implementation.
•	Employee staffing, training, performance reviews, execute disciplinary procedures.
•	Control payroll budget. Schedule employees efficiently to maximize sales.
•	Financial management and review of store invoices.
•	Merchandising and vendor relation management.
•	Monthly review of Profit and Loss Statements.
•	Create budgets, set and communicate department sales goals, confirm pricing, sign and product labeling
•	Investigate/ implement Loss and Prevention policy and procedures with the LPM.
•	Manage damaged inventory, pilferage and hazardous waste management
•	Maintain and monitor high shrink categories

•	Maintain store and warehouse on all OSHA and ADA requirements.
•	Control all warehouse activity and inventory control to include cycle counts.

•	Scheduled meetings, provided administrative support to Terminal Manager
•	Payroll responsibilities for drivers and terminal employees. 
•	Managed certifications and licensing. 
•	Liaison with the City of Orange for permits and inspections.
•	Point contact for legal matters. 
•	Employee Drug and Alcohol testing.
•	Maintain terminal on OSHA requirements.
