Senior graphic designer working with a team of designers as part of a creative group. Experience in creating brand identity, marketing strategy, and content with a team to deliver 360° solutions across multiple platforms including web, social media, print, experiential and video.

Design Duties: - Works closely with the Art Director to construct seasonal campaign graphics and creative. This includes taking art directives and applying them across print ads, all digital marketing, retail build-outs and POS, in-case printed material, and promotional goods. - Initiates graphic concepts based on input from the Art and Marketing Directors for all tradeshow and event creative. - Maintains ownership of multiple design projects throughout the year, including delegating duties to Jr. Designers, working with print vendors and contracted designers. - Collaborates with the Senior Multimedia Designer in the creation of animations, brand videos and photography to insure a consistent brand and campaign look and feel is maintained.

Production Duties: - Oversee the internal Support Suite by providing direction to the Jr. Designers based on top line brand and campaign creative - Works closely with the Marketing Director and PR managers on delivering new creative to print and digital publications - Responsible for driving the catalog/supplement development from building pagination, managing the implementation of all creative and product images and providing solutions for layout and design issues - Maintain and nurture the department’s creative materials and creative workspace
