Research and develop materials and prints, filing of lab-dips, material submitted, strike-offs and proto samples. 
In charge of all the development for the new line of “Byrds of Paradise”.
Tracking status, Labeling and logging of incoming proto samples.  
Organize schedule of fittings and maintain meetings updated on Microsoft Outlook.
Extensive communication with overseas vendors via email.
Provide spec and fit comments to vendors.  Edit and output tech packs and emails as needed.
Data Entry and other duties as needed.

Product Developer/Technical Designer

Create tech pack thru establishing specs and specifying garment construction and communicating to vendors.
Work with design team to establish the direction of the fit and garment details.
Participate in weekly fittings and generate fit comments with notation of design and spec discrepancies.
Inspect and provide comments from concept to TOP and approval of shipping samples.
Enforce company grade tolerances.

Associate Technical Designer

Adjust existing designs to develop new concept for new season thru the use of Photoshop.
Create flat sketches on Adobe Illustrator for technical design team.
Participate in fittings to evaluate protos and establish direction of the line.
Search for new trims and establish vendor relationships.
Request Fabric/trims prices & organize headers.  Search and approve color standards.
Partner with quality control to ensure product execution meets design specifications.
