• Oversee the production process of over 275 styles at a given day • Participate in product overview with CMO where styles are modified, approved, and dropped • Review color and quality with Buying and Design teams • Work closely with CMO and Founder of the company to review production status of each style I am responsible for • Correspond with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure the product is correct and on time • Negotiate cost with the vendor • Attend fittings with internal Technical Design team and with vendors to ensure correct fit on garments • Organize production samples to prepare for Quality Control inspection before they are shipped out • Review QC issues with vendors in an open forum • Attend meetings with vendors to review samples and develop new styles • Review sell through reports and process price tickets • Liaise with various departments within the company including; Technical Design, Production, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, etc.
