I have more than 8 years of progressive experience in the apparel development field, especially in the special-makeup business. My professional history includes positions such as Apparel Development for Running/Training /Golf at Puma as well as Product Development, Material Development, and Technical Design at Avalanche Outdoor Inspired Apparel Co. • Independently develop assigned styles / collections in coorperation with Team Head Development, Design, Product Line Management, and Sourcing. See through development process from early design to production release and meet all deadline requirements. 
• Prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments).
• Communicate proactively internal and external to ensure a smooth product development process.

Operations Intern

• Evaluate samples throughout all phases from fit to production in regards to construction, measurements, and specifications
• Reviewed all lab dips against Pantone standards and print strike-offs against original art. Reviewed all issues with department director and communicated adjustments to fabric mills.
• Sourced all styles, trims, and fabrics when necessary 
• Managed all fabric information requests with factories for new designs (consistently updating lead times, pricing, availability, and textile capabilities)
• Maintained BOM sheets in PLM, Including : colors, trims, labels, sketches, and styling information.
• Managed product/material development and production calendars, guarantee factories submit all samples and material/trim quality submission by deadline.
• Worked with the design department regarding new and/or existing trim development (see through quality and color development for prototypes and production).
• Create prototype techpacks for men’s and women’s styles base
