Education & Training

- Brand strategy, distribution, and sales
- Ensure brand success through suggesting merchandise that aligns with the account, tracking sales, and providing access to marketing tools 
- Target accounts that align with the brand’s image and goals
- Present upcoming lines to buyers via appointments in the showroom, stores, corporate offices, or industry trade shows (Project, Agenda, Liberty) 
- Plan road trips to visit accounts within territory to maintain relationships, present new styles, distribute promo, and prospect new accounts 
- Strategize ways to elevate the brand through analyzing territory demographics, competitors, and trends 
- Assist marketing team with launch events and activations
- Act as liaison between the account and the brand- obtain set up paperwork, collect payments, track shipments, and maintain communication throughout each delivery

Brand Architect

- Teach 24 Cycle during assigned time slot
- Prepare unique playlist for each class 
- Ensure that members are practicing correct form and understand the drills they are participating in
- Motivate members to get closer to their fitness goals throughout each class

- Assist Creative Director in line development seasonally for licensed outwear brands
- Oversee CAD design and ensure that the designer’s illustrations align with the Creative Director’s vision and translate correctly to the sample maker’s instructions
- Manage production via communication with overseas factories; ensure that entire collection aligns with the established color, fabric, fit and construction standards
- Process sales contracts, set up EDIs, and all product testing paperwork with major accounts
- Collect weekly selling reports; analyze sales in relation to the next season

Merchandise Director

- Organize samples; track outgoing and incoming, maintain showroom area
- Coordinate applications for product testing and facility evaluations; monitor progress, log results
- Track shipping for large customers, ensure on time delivery
- Administrative duties- expense reports, project management, office organization

Sales Assistant

- Merchandise retail products within the ProShop according to corporate planograms
- Track and order retail items based on demand and trends
- Markdown clearance and expiring product according to corportate timelines
- Supervise service department (Locker Room, Kids Club, Front Desk, and Juice Bar) through coaching, scheduling, and leadership
- Ensure that the member promise of "clean, friendly, well maintained" is delivered on a consistent basis
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve member concerns, acheive member retention

Assistant Service Manager

- Audited, Data Entered, and Reviewed individual stock fraud settlement claims for the Enron and Shell SEC/Class Action Law Suits.

Auditor

- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule work study and Student Ambassadors
- Participate in the marketing communications flow 
- Proofread, process, and distribute all Admissions decision letters
- Aid in the planning of all Admissions recruiting events, specifically the campus tour portion
- Assist Dean of Admissions with various projects
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to email inquiries
