Freelance Graphic Designer

• Create promotional material for the five entities of ASI (Student Programming Board, Student Government, The Nautical Yearbook, The CI View, The Student Union).
• The Entities can have their marketing represented with banners, A-Frames, posters, flyers, half-page flyers, postcards, table tents, Instagram and Facebook images, computer screen images, or television screen images.
• Brainstorm with the Graphic Design Professional Staff member on design material.
• Work under specific deadlines using our Design Request Form.
• Work with students on requests to further understand the theme or idea for the marketing material for their event.

Junior Designer

Create new logo for sticker, business cards, branding material, etc.
design a vinyl wrap for catering vehicle.

• Create various forms of marketing materials to advertise to our current and future clients what our facility has to offer.
• Work with other junior designers to collaborate, give and receive feedback, and to learn from our Art Director.
• Create marketing pieces under strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with different areas within the company to ensure their area is getting the type of marketing that best reflects
their area.
• Work closely with the Art Director to work on tasks and receive feedback on marketing designs to make more effective marketing pieces.
• Work with our photographer and use those photos in our marketing material.

•	Participated in the hiring process of the new team of Orientation Leaders.
•	Assigned locations to each Orientation Leader for each information session.
•	Provided myself as a resource for the Orientation Leaders if they needed help or advice.

•	Organized bonding activities for the Orientation Team to strengthen our communication during each orientation and our regular office hours. 


Senior Orientation Leader

•	Provide new students with information about important campus resources, facts, and benefits.
•	Provide mentorship to new students as they transition to a four-year university.
•	Assisted with the organization of the Marketplace Lunch by providing participants with a table cloth and a sign with that 
club name.
•	Directed the Student Service Summit by contacting the co-host of the event and coordinating the transportation. 


Orientation Leader

•	Manage social media platforms to promote ongoing campus events.
•	Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design posters for program events.
•	Answer calls and emails regarding the upcoming Island View Orientation guidelines and requirements.
•	Collaborate with colleagues to update and organize various event boards around campus.

•	Created the music playlist for six different events during each Island View Orientation.
•	Manage the inventory of all the clothing merchandise for each Orientation.
