Highly creative and multitalented Graphic Designer/Apparel Designer with extensive experience in research/design, apparel design, graphic design, marketing materials, technical packages, and art development.  Extensive focus with managing groups, inspiration boards, creativity and knowledge of garments used to create innovative designs. Possess the ability to work on, and manage, projects with minimal supervision, within calendar timelines and utilize design talent every day to create each seasons apparel line to reflect the company’s brand essence. Seasoned in client/vendor relations and negotiations with talent building and maintaining “win-win” partnerships. Accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments with an emphasis on working within budget requirements.

-Managed and coordinated cross-functional team ideas and feedback in order to capture ideas for designs
-Using Photoshop and Illustrator, successfully designed original textile prints for wovens, boardshorts, hats and t-shirts that exceeded client expectations

-Work with the company owner on complete packaging redesign/refresh for their Daily Line.
-Using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop successfully designed marketing collateral, promotional materials, and large scale backdrops for company.

•	Designed Etnies entire season product line (Fall 2017).
•	Managed and maintained all details of tech packs for Etnies and Thirtytwo: outerwear, softgoods, and accessories.
•	Managed successful communication and relationships with regards to apparel designs and catalog pre-production.
•	Ability to meet design timelines for all project phases (concept creation to sketch to construction notes).
•	Managed communication on projects between Creative Directors, Lead Designers and Developers to meet desired specifications and calendars.

Apparel Designer

•	Managed production of seasonal brand catalogs including: Kickoff meetings and edits, communications with internal staff and printers, approvals, revisions, layout creation, formatting, Photoshop edits of all t-shirts and any misc. final imagery, and updating/maintaining InDesign files.
•	Managed seasonal catalog project design calendars, timelines and deliverables for five brands. 
•	Created concepts and CAD products to entice our Key Accounts to purchase Special Make Up orders and Quick Strike styles with regard to cost/value, fit and performance, manufacturability, sustainability, merchandising and aesthetic finish. 
•	Designed, created and managed completed technical packages to be handed over to apparel team.
•	Edited product imagery and various digital components for catalogs and web.
•	Created and edited presentation files, under the direction of the Apparel Creative Director.

Production Artist

•	Assisted with all communication to vender regarding fit, design and art comments for Jrs 
t-shirts and fleece.
•	Aided in the research of market trends and communicated results to management.
•	Responsible for press checks (Massive prints & vender submits), sample tracking and vendor purchase orders.
•	Maintained all t-shirt and fleece for Jrs graphics team.
•	Created various tracking documents for photo and salesman samples.
