Brand Coordinator

Administration & Clerical

•Accountable for maintaining the overall efficiency of brand/line
•Communicate with sales reps to implement sales, P.O. management, coordinate samples, and provide appropriate selling & marketing assets
•Responsible for keeping AIMS system up to date, inputting all product info/images, accounts, purchase orders, maintaining inventory, and correcting any issues
•Manage marketing tools such as line sheets & look-books, assist in photo-shoots, and ensure that all image assets are correctly named, organized, and shared with internal team
•Oversee orders for production, assist in allocation, accounting, and generate reports
•Work with vendors for private label, order appropriate branded product, and submit all necessary documentation for vendors
•Create promotional ads for wholesale/ecommerce, and contribute to E-com & Instagram content
•Assist in all aspects of the product line- from concept to completion

•	Key holder- opened and closed showroom
•	Merchandised showroom and visually enhanced window displays
•	Edited photos, CAD bodies using Photoshop and Illustrator, created line sheets and look-books
•	Coordinated tradeshows, including set-up/tear down, merchandising, and sales
•	Assisted in sales and markets
