• Provide detailed and specific customer service to both new and existing customers
• Resolve questions and issues independently, and working internally with the appropriate departments

• Communicate with the marketing team on retail store and online promotions

• Process multiple RMAs and return labels based on product warranties
• Using numerous systems and interfaces to communicate and implement customer needs
• Document product quality issues to the development team to support product improvement
