With over 15 years of experience leading marketing and brand strategy across technology, culture and design, including at WeTransfer, Trengo and Nxt Museum, I bring stability, direction and coaching to fast-moving environments.

Marketing Consultant

Reporting directly to the CRO as a key member of the leadership team, I managed our growth and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to the following;
- Grew our audience over 50% since August, and more than doubled our quarterly sales goal in Q4.  
- Evaluated previous marketing efforts to develop new paid acquisition strategies resulting in 440+% ROI. 
- Managed our external PR, SEO and paid marketing consultants to plan, execute and optimize marketing efforts and budgets including Facebook, affiliate, SEM and retargeting.
- Developed, negotiated, managed and executed on brand promotion, sales and business development partnerships.
- Coached and mentored two direct reports to develop and optimize brand voice and organic marketing efforts, resulting in a complete revamp of creative, social and email strategies.  Turned email into a true marketing channel, with 200% growth of subscribers and 70+% increase in conversions. Increased our social followers, engagement and conversions; Facebook; up 76%, Twitter; up 29%, Instagram; up 119%.  
- Acted as in-house Creative Director and brand steward, guiding marketing manager, design team, and product photographer to create refreshed organic and paid brand creative, global campaign concepts and seasonal product stories.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, I created and optimized internal processes across departments, presented strategic suite recommendations based on client objectives, and analyzed historical client data to draw insights identifying best practices, optimization tactics and product improvements.

Face and voice of the company to all developer partners, focusing on business development, sales strategy and long-term partnerships for our premium iOS mobile distribution platform.

- Developed brand content and social media strategy, public relations and event planning for all the Iddiction brands.
