Managed 22 events ranging from 30 to 500 structures and 60 to 2,000 guests, while directly managing teams ranging in size from seven to 40.
Responsible for all event client communication, pre-production, contracting, team building, travel arrangements, scheduling, daily build plans, budget management, shipping logistics, and complete execution onsite related to the product build, staff management, guest check-in, event hospitality, strike, and event recaps.
Lead the development of all-new standard operating procedures (SOPs) to present to the company as standard practices for the 2019 season and created a new company-tailored Master Planner template to unify the production team in seamless event planning procedures.
Served as the main point of operational contact for Solid Ground Shelter’s largest client, Live Nation, and specifically their country music festival division. Produced all of Solid Ground’s contracted events with Live Nation during current tenure with Solid Ground Shelters.

Pop-Up Dinners: Helped brainstorm and solidify plans for programming, decor, activity options, and premiums for seven three-hour pop-up dinner events for 150-200 guests each, including consumers, media, VIP contacts, and industry professionals. Vetted 90 venues across the US to serve as hosts for the event in that city and worked as the venue and vendor's main point of contact throughout the planning process. Served as lead Account Executive on the program and maintained a position as client's point of contact on a daily basis. Traveled to all seven events with an All Terrain team member to set-up, manage, execute, and wrap each event. Created a program recap to highlight metrics, photo, and video from the program.
Sampling Program: Managed recruiting, training, scheduling, and staffing allocations of 56 brand ambassadors and 30 engravers for a total of 257 Luxury Wine Portfolio sampling events. Served as point of contact for ambassador needs and scheduled payroll for staff, weekly. Assisted in producing a fully comprehensive mid and full-year program recap for the 2016 client sampling program.
All Terrain Social Media Management: Generated weekly content for all of All Terrain's social media channels and managed communication and posting schedules. Tracked weekly and monthly analytics and developed best practices based on findings. Developed blog and white paper content topics to revitalize the brand's blog page.

Senior Manager, Music Festival Camping Operations | 12/2013 - 07/2015
Managed and coordinated operations of festival campground entertainment hubs for 60,000 campers and 80,000 festival attendees at Firefly and Big Barrel music festivals.
Booked and created contracts for 50 food vendors and 40 merchant vendors. Managed relationships and collected deposits including a 35% revenue share from each food vendor following account reconciliation.
Developed a five day, 24-hour, on-site shuttle plan to transport 1500 campers daily on three different routes designed to reduce wait times at Firefly 2015.
Supervised, enforced deadlines, and provided feedback for two in-office interns in 2014 and over 30 staff, including volunteers, on-site for both festivals in 2014 and 2015.

Social Media Manager: Managed the social media accounts and developed content for the Red Frog Events brand, contributing to 17,000 Facebook likes, 12,000 Twitter followers, 17,500 LinkedIn followers, 1,500 Instagram followers and 812 Vine followers.
Merchandise Manager: Led production effort for 30 new merchandise items. Obtained product samples, negotiated cost per item, and carried out orders for approximately 30,000 pieces of Warrior Dash merchandise contributing towards $20,000 in sales per event.
Warrior Dash Course Director: Worked with on-site construction teams to design and build 3.2-mile Warrior Dash courses at seven events. Designed courses to accommodate 5,000 to 20,000 participants. Responsible for coordinating event day emergency response plans with town officials.

Worked on the Music Festival Talent Research team and pitched 25 artists in five different genres and three different sizes of acts.
Traveled to and executed five Warrior Dash events ranging in size from 5,000 to 12,000 participants.
Facilitated in the planning and production of Warrior Dash and Iron Warrior Dash Texas by booking vendors needed to facilitate the execution of the entire event.
