Tony Hawk Ramp

Objective: The primary goal of this project was to resurface Tony Hawk's skateboarding ramp using Skatelite, a premium skate surface material known for its durability and smooth finish. This resurfacing aimed to enhance the performance and safety aspects of the ramp.

Partnership: The project was conducted in partnership with Tony Hawk Inc., leveraging their expertise and reputation in the skateboarding world. This collaboration ensured the use of high-quality materials and adherence to the best practices in ramp construction and maintenance.

Sponsorship of Vert Alert: As part of the project, there was also a sponsorship agreement with Tony Hawk Inc. for the "Vert Alert" event.

Stay up to date of trends and developments in coffee culture, sustainability practices, and community engagement strategies, incorporating relevant insights into Dillanos' initiatives and programs.

Culture + Community Relations

Manages temporary assignments of feasibility studies for diverse clients mixed use buildings(manufacturing, real estate, and government).
Facilitated all contacts and pay applications.

Managed bidding, award and construction of designed projects.

Prepare monthly budget reporting distribution to senior partners including P&L statement results.

Write, format and compile project contract documents and specifications. 

Acted on behalf of Senior Partners as their representative at City of Seattle intake meetings. 

Responsible for accurate and timely forecast of project costs and ensuring application of company and industry standards to evidence best practices in engineering and construction cost control.

Managed and administered the Prolog Program with contractors, architects and engineers that tracked change orders, transmittals and on-site safety issues.
