Freelancer brought on to help organize and finalize yearly event. 
•	Finalize all logistics pertaining to yearly company summit
•	Work with vendors to draft contracts, timelines, and budget
•	Work with procurement and legal department to finalize all vendor contracts 
•	Draft detailed vendor and AV timeline – so hat all vendors know where they will load in, load out, and where they are expected to be for the duration of the event. 
•	Create Graphics i.e. postcards, agendas, conference signage using Photoshop
•	Run registrant report from CRM – exporting into excel and organizing into readable pivot tables. 
•	Work with graphic artist to finalize all signage, programs, and name badges 
•	Prepare all paper materials and large kakemonos for shipment
•	Work with hotel sales manager to finalize conference meeting rooms, timelines, menus, and room blocks.

Streetwise Reports is an investment publication featuring interviews with industry-sector experts–analysts, money managers and?newsletter writers–backed by the latest research summaries, news and company profiles.
•	Maintained and organized a calendar of 10-15 interviews - each involving a 10 step process.
•	Coordinated a team of 15 freelancers to ensure work and projects were being distributed equally. 
•	Managed daily newsletter reviews to ensure all facts, grammar, titles, and pictures were correct prior to publication. 
•	Drafted press releases regarding conference attendance, management interviews, and new or improved changes to Streetwise Reports’ website. 
•	Managed ordering, shipping and inventory of event materials such as décor, giveaways and brochures. 
•	Streamlined the conference media exchange process - enabling Streetwise Reports to participate in 5 new conferences in 2015.
•	Managed rooming lists and requirements for event guests, speakers and staff. 
•	Scheduled and coordinated event promotion with event stakeholders and Marketing Communications group, including sending pre and post-event email blasts. 
•	Worked with editors to ensure each conference banner ad was the correct size, and had the correct tracking link installed.

Green Light Student Travel is a student travel start-up that specializes in educational tours around the U.S. & Europe.
•	Reviewed new reservations with CEO to address all operational requirements of each booking. 
•	Wrote bi-monthly newsletters - summarizing the trip, fun activities, and important information/deadlines.
•	Repurposed newsletter content for social campaigns.  
•	Developed social media marketing campaign using Facebook, twitter, and YouTube to reach new audiences. 
•	Prepared purchase orders and reconciled invoices, and coordinated with A/P Department for vendor payments and credits. 
•	Managed extensive rooming lists, airline roster, and bus transportation for 40-50 event attendees. 
•	Negotiated prices and agreement terms with selected vendors and presented pricing to management for approval.
•	Maintained quality relationships with existing vendors and developed relationships with new vendors who were more cost effective and provided better creative services that set organizational standards.
