- Analyze business metrics, weekly sales trends, and inventory reports to identify top SKUs and implement strategies to achieve store sales targets
- Execute floor sets and adjust based on visual merchandising strategies, inventory levels, and business needs
- Manage replenishment procedures and stockroom processing  to drive performance and productivity
- Recruit, hire, and develop associates to meet brand and customer service standards
- Understand customer shopping habits and fashion trends to train associates on product knowledge
- Use problem solving and customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience and increase customer loyalty

Assistant Manager


- Coordinate mass email calendars for Japan and Europe (Retail and Factory)
- Submit and track all the work order requests for marketing and advertising artwork
