I have been working in various environments over the last few years that include teaching, office management and communications. These have been temporary positions that I have obtained after graduating from college. I am now seeking a career that will allow me to expand my knowledge and enhance my skills. 

Facilitated classes of 25-30 elementary school students. Worked both independently and with school staff. Consistently ensured student learning through sub plans. Assigned homework and maintained classroom cleanliness.

Substitute Teacher

Hired and trained a new employee. Processed payments, reconciled accounts payable and receivable. Managed appointments, calls, emails, and company Facebook. Promoted office efficiency by reorganizing and condensing relevant office data via excel and ChiroTouch. Designed and distributed office notices for holidays and hour changes.

Office Mgr

Coordinated and planned social events like English clubs and workshops. Created and taught relevant and culturally sensitive English lessons focused on building fluency. Established positive relationships with students, parents, fellow teachers, and school administrators/staff.

Organized meetings for a team of eleven women to develop and establish policies, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships among employees. Analyzed data to increase sales and maintain customer loyalty.   Created and maintained various company social media platforms.
