With the Sales & Marketing Manager supervision:
Analyzed data in order to determine customer's new orders. Received Purchase Orders from Customers, processed them CRM software and send them to corresponding factory/department.Responsible of monitoring Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program to foresee shortages and find the way to avoid them. Extensive knowledge on Inventory Control levels including cycle counts and resolving discrepancies. Liaison between customer and factories in order to satisfy customer's needs. Monitored freight costs for service value and efficiency. Negotiated & coordinated transportation to meet customer's demands. Managed third party providers (Warehouses, truckers, GM suppliers). Coordinated and prepared meeting agendas, ensured all items were covered, followed up and closed in consecutive meetings. Created and reported monthly sales reconciliation. Reconcile physical receipts to BOLs in order to close POs. Issued Sales Order Acknowledgments and invoices
