My responsibilities as the Brand Marketing Coordinator focused on extensive rebranding projects both internally and for customers across all industry platforms. • Developed and implemented new branding across all digital mediums: Website, print, and social media
• Managed the rebranding of internal marketing materials for consistency with the updated website

MCII CLOTHING is a Los Angeles based multi-disciplinary creative brand I established to focus on the expressions of culture, emotion, communication, and community. The purpose of this brand is to tell a story through each collection that is released. Collective-Cultures, our premier collection, offered a visual representation for life in LA; focusing on people, places, and youth culture influences. My current collection, Broken Hearts Club, touches a more global audience for the universal dialogue of heartbreak. I have had the opportunity to partner with great brands and labels like Delicious Vinyl, 23FIFTN, House of the Arts, Asa Butterfield, Bloody Gums, Think Tank Gallery, Superchief Gallery, Virgil Normal, Arcana Book of the Arts, and many more. We strive to deliver a new platform of streetwear to the new wave of fashion in the 21st century.

THEBLOCKWATCH is a photography-focused media hub I created after being inspired by the skating, music, and youth culture scene of Venice Beach, CA. What first began as a pilgrimage of portraiture, capturing the locals that surrounded the blocks and alleys of the boardwalk and skatepark... Grew into a full-time passion for producing content for many brands, artists, and productions throughout the LA area. I have been able to enhance my skills in collaboration for multiple projects, lighting effects, post-production, attention to detail, color schemes, and various mediums of curation.

Assemble Sound is an independent hub for artist development operating out of Detroit, MI. The label consists of hip hop producers and rappers, rock bands, electronic producers, and classical pianists. The ethos of Assemble is simple: "Whatever we're doing, we're doing it because we believe that a more intentionally and broadly connected community of musicians sharing creative, technical, and industry knowledge is the best foundation for making great art and doing it sustainably." During my time at Assemble, I was given the privilege to shadow Operations Manager Nicole Shackelford, offering my skills in the following capacities:
• Handled photography and video formats to document artists’ content
• Enhanced the production of photoshoots and music videos
• Designed the label’s inaugural apparel line using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Improved operational skills in production planning for large-scale concerts

Based in Detroit, Michigan, 1xRUN ("one-time run") is the world's leading publisher of fine art editions and online destination for original art. They pride their curation on showcasing limited edition prints, original artwork, books and exclusives from some of the best-known and emerging names in the new contemporary movement. With collectors in over 100 countries, they have published more than 1,300 editions since 2010. During my time at 1XRUN, I added value to their digital marketing team carrying out the following tasks:
• Developed a new strategy for social and digital media outlets
• Generated copyright material across all social media channels
• Created lifestyle content for multimedia vehicles to improve engagement
• Performed data analysis to identify new consumer targets
• Managed social media for MITM 2018 (Largest mural festival in the world, identified by Smithsonian Magazine)

Delicious Vinyl
Creative Production Intern for Print and Multimedia Divisions | 04/2017 - 04/2018
Delicious Vinyl was created in the summer of 1987, by Los Angeles DJs Matt Dike and Michael Ross. They converted their apartment into a recording studio and founded the record label that has been a massive contributor to the foundations of West Coast hip hop and pop culture. Championing artists from the streets and delivering music to dance floors and living rooms worldwide, the upstart label quickly made hip hop history. Following the beats down the road less traveled, DV has signings of The Brand New Heavies, The Pharcyde, Born Jamericans, Masta Ace, and The Whoridas. Delicious Vinyl stands out for its streetwise savvy, staunch independence, and for shaping the soul sonic sound-scape of today. During my time at DV, I shadowed Mike's brother, Rick Ross, to learn what it takes to brand and market a creative label in today's LA scene. I carried out the following tasks:
• Forged relationships with artists, city planners, vendors, and media
• Coordinated large-scale productions and assisted in proposals to sponsors
• Shadowed Rick Ross to learn how a creative label functions

My first retail job. Selling shoes and apparel to a wide demographic of customers. Working at The Block was a great experience because it was right next to Disneyland, so we received a high volume of multi-cultural foot traffic. I got to utilize my rough knowledge of the three languages I've learned in my life at one point or another: French, Japanese and Spanish. I Improved my customer service and product pitch skills, learned valuable lessons about the retail market and consumer expectations, and obtained behind the scenes knowledge of the fastest-growing shoe brand in Southern California!
