•	Led successful launch of full Men’s Footwear line, assuming additional roles of Design Director, Wholesale Sales Manager, and Product Developer. Quintupled penetration to $700M Men’s overall business in first season, and established distribution in Colette, Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Opening Ceremony, Selfridges & Mr. Porter
•	Developed strategy and oversaw footwear license buyback, with 40 new hires, evolving processes and product to become Coach’s largest growing category- significantly improving margins, aesthetic, and culture 
•	Launched inaugural runway collection with accelerated development timeline, drawing on expertise in trend forecasting, assortment architecture, process efficiencies, global consumer markets, and team management
