I am a store manager who has spent over 23 years in retail developing customer-focused, results-oriented teams who work together to achieve success. I empower others by building relationships through trust, respect, and honest communication while ensuring balance and having fun. 

My approach to leadership focuses on building strong team culture and robust community connections, setting clear goals and expectations, and creating an exceptional customer experience. I use my own excitement for retail and the outdoors to inspire others and produce results. 

I currently manage operations of a $17 million location made up of a diverse team of 6 managers and more than 65 store employees. Together we learn from and teach one another daily how to further our passions, expand our knowledge and drive our business.

Lead team of 6 managers and 70+ employees while overseeing operation of a $17 million multi-level store. Focus includes developing sales and service strategies, managing P&L, product assortments, inventory, merchandising and community engagement.
