(CONTRACT POSITION) • Employed by Headway Workforce Solutions – Assessment direct to consumer Project for burtsbees.com-Natural Luxury Skin Care • Directed the development, launch and management all retail operations for Burt’s Bees first-ever direct-to-consumer retail program in the U.S. • Managed and hired immediate team of 13 direct reports (managers) and all sixty five staff members in the opening and roll-out of all Burt’s Bees Gift Center retail locations.

• Responsibility included but not limited to the organizing and focusing the sales & marketing efforts of the GATORZ Sunglass Company.

• Oversaw US retail store operations – 64 Stores (350+ employees), new store openings, remodels. Sales Volume responsibility $45-50M. • Directed day-to-day sales and operations. Analysis of daily, weekly, monthly sales vs. budget, LY and trend forecast. Feedback and direction to Regional, District and Store Managers, planning group, buyers, finance and warehouse.

• Directed 15 US stores, 250 employees, store openings (project development, fixtures, merchandise, staffing, and facilitation). • Volume responsibility $32M. Support to EU operations-10 locations.
