Freelance Event Coordinator

Events & Promotions

- Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
- Assist with managing on-site production.
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities.
- Assist with negotiations for space contracts and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, make travel arrangements, order event signs, and ensure appropriate décor to meet quality expectations.

- Manage, prioritize, and track inbound media request and coverage for Ubisoft licensed products.
- Assists in the development of pitch sheets, decks, and press releases.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, or public interest groups through media outreach.
- Work cross functionally with marketing teams to develop strategic communication strategies.
- Compile post mortem reports on PR campaign.
- Manage department up-keep duties along with daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, arranging travel, and scheduling office meetings.
- Prepare and organize media lists and coordinate internal and external media events.
- Assist in trade show preparations, planning, and with day-of event production including on-site execution of live events. (i.e. San Diego Comic-Con, E3, GDC, PAX, etc.)

Public Relations Intern

- Assist in leading all aspects of store marketing including strategic store and regional marketing along with community outreach. 
- Develop and implement store-marketing strategy based on store business. 
- Overseeing signage and product displays on sales floor.
-	Creating engaging content for Facebook page and store website, also act as community relations resource.

Assistant Marketing Coordinator

- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, and personnel
- Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties, while providing staff with assistance  
- Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met

Whole Body Supervisor

- Help with inbound marketing by creating content on the company website and monitoring web visits
- Blog and post for company site 
- Recruit candidates for focus group studies and research analysis
