Reviewed customer-supplied art and creation of in-house tech packs for hand-off to print vendors. 
Prepared headwear & knitwear tech packs for overseas vendors.

MANAGEMENT
Development and discovery of new client relationships. 
Management of complete production process from concept, and design through to production and delivery to the client. 
Managed production team timelines, client expectations, budgets, and costings. 
Conducted press checks with vendors to ensure quality and high production standards.

Serving the production needs of marquee clients, I led a team of 50 employees from first concept to final delivery to client. Producing everything from tees and fleece to headwear and custom knitwear.

ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING 
Monitored and managed daily production rates to ensure profitability and schedule commitments. 
Provided clients with transparent daily and weekly WIP reports to improve production accountability and increase client trust. 
Responsible for 4 departments of 35+ employees, including pre-production, purchasing, production, and finishing.
