I managed a dynamic database of 1,500 Leanin' Tree customers that had not re-ordered within the last two years. Accurately assessed why the customer had not re-ordered with Leanin' Tree and provided them with solutions and products that would increase their sales and re-orders. I needed to maintain a minimum sales quota of $13,000 per month, reaching 110% in the second month with this role. Once a customer was reacted they would then go back into an account managers database as the customer was expected to continually re-order from then on.

As a lead generator I was required to take data and create warm leads for the new account specialists. This consisted of dialing purchased lists to find interest and provide product material based off the customers needs. Job requirements consisted of(but not limited to) making three-hundred dials per with an average of 17 leads per day, and being able to multitask while on the phone. Using the SAP sales program I needed to ask specific questions to each store to make sure they were a qualified Leanin' Tree customer.
