I’m a recent graduate of the Professional Designation program at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising majoring in Merchandise Product Development. Previous to attending FIDM I gained experience as an Operations leader. I have a demonstrated history of success in sales and marketing team management, interviewing and on boarding a team, and strategic planning of marketing programs and events. I'm well versed in negotiations, customer service, cross functional communications, and relationship development.

When not in the office or class I’m a freelance photographer capable of providing captivating landscape, lifestyle, and commercial media. I also enjoy hiking, climbing, camping, anything involving the beach and ocean, and also staying physically fit. I'm also passionate about conservation and the environment.

Manage apparel & merch projects for high profile brands, bands, musicians, and social media influencers from concept to execution.
•	Managed all aspects of the order development process including client relations, sourcing, and sampling.
•	Managed the production process which includes developing timelines, transportation logistics, vendor management, and quality control.
•	Created and fostered relationships with new vendors resulting in a more streamline production process that can handle more projects at one time.
 


Project Manager

Manage apparel projects requiring custom dye and embroidery for high profile brands, bands, musicians, and social media influencers from concept to print.
•	Managed product integrity, order specifications compliance, and delivery logistics with the vendors to meet established production milestones.
•	Established strong relationships with dye and embroidery vendors resulting in a responsive and quality production process
•	Managed the preproduction process including Prepare For Dye blank sourcing, design development, and sampling.


Production Coordinator

Logging and processing prototypes and samples through the preproduction process. Measuring samples and logging specifications. Logging and tracking the fit list for upcoming fittings with fit models. Tracking completed stages and stages needed to be complete for products through preproduction.

Technical Design Assistant

Product Development intern at apparel brand start up. While at PLPL I provided insight on line development helping in creating a mood board and color pallet. My role includes producing digital flat sketches, fashion sketches, and tech packs. I also assist in website development as well as provide product photography.

Product Development Intern

Pulled and sorted samples from previous seasons, updated and confirmed excel documents, and performed administrative work. Time was cut short due to COVID-19.

Technical Design Intern

Joined the organization as a sales rep; advanced in six months to sales operations to lead a 60-person sales and sampling team covering a large territory. Excelled in a fast- paced, multi-faceted role encompassing promotional program planning and execution, field marketing, product education, hiring, training, team leadership, internal/external problem solving, and weekly reporting on promotional campaign effectiveness.
Successfully managed projects and people to meet or exceed goals every quarter:

Field Marketing & Promotion—Drove success of new and existing products as well as the launch of a new brand by coordinating 150+ promotional events and marketing campaigns each year at universities, military installations and convenience stores. Established a consistent process across all projects to ensure timely, accurate completion and maintained photographic documentation.
? Team Building, Communications & Leadership—Took over a high turnover 20-
person team and fostered an atmosphere that improved morale and company’s
reputation with customer accounts. Reduced turnover through communications and more thorough, effective hiring.
? Hiring & Training—Selected as national hiring manager based on ability to select quality reps. Hired nearly 50% of 200- person sales force on a rapid timeline. Trained 70+ entry-level reps in the field and educated consumers on products.

Region Leadership & Process Improvement—Managed a large territory spanning the Pacific Northwest and parts of the Southern U.S. Introduced processes for tracking and holding reps accountable for their daily actions/achievements. Coordinated national military sales to 140+ bases and posts with 60 military sales reps.

- Sold Rockstar products through concept selling and price point management to push incremental volume
- Promoted and improved the marketability of Rockstar products through shelf management, display position and frequency

- Established international contracts and worked with the R&D team to provide insight and recommendations about potential new products
