•	Oversee all operations for the front of house and back of house.

Ensure food services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework. Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how to execute. Reward and recognize employees. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationship.  Demonstrate excellent customer service using LifeWorks' standard model. Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress. 


Food Service Director 

•	Assists GM with day to day operations and oversee the welfare of the bar.   
•	Manage, track and maintain inventory, While working with distributors to ensure quality of product.
•	HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff

•	Managed a staff of four instructors, an administrator, and six shop employees. 
•	Spearheaded school and gear inventory management, marketing strategies, customer relations, government compliance, and café inventory/standards.
•	Successfully added a retail component to the school, maximizing revenue and driving overall growth.

Director of Operations

•	Managed territory and customer relations with national retailers ranging from 10 to 1000+ stores. 
•	Conducted sales with Chief level decision makers to help facilitate new learning strategies.
•	Successfully expanded retail locations and distribution of e-learning products.
