Michael is an award-winning creative director and trans-media
designer with over 18 years experience. Over the course of his
career he's had the pleasure of partnering with clients and agencies across the art, CPG, entertainment, fashion and lifestyle, real estate
and tech industries. Most recently, he's proven himself as a creative
executive, leading agencies to record success by growing business,
optimizing process and production pipelines, building teams, and accurately predicting industry changes through data-driven research.
A dedicated mentor, Michael prides himself on his ability to help
guide his teams to success, both as a group and individually.

Managed and mentored a team of 29 people consisting of Art directors,
Designers, Animators, Editors, Photographers, Illustrators, Strategists,
Producers, and Account Execs. Built the Integrated Division from the ground
up, developing production pipelines, developed and implemented company- wide processes, collaborated on new business strategies, tactically expanding
company offerings based on prediction of needs in the marketplace. Started
internship program and expanded industry and company awareness amongst the next generation of artists through public speaking at events around the country.


Developed and delivered 360 campaigns, Integrated campaigns, digital
campaigns, new business, strategy, motion graphics, interactive design, paid
media strategy, social media campaigns, content creation, branding, digital key
art and more.
