Manage the daily functions of a department from customer experiences to employee interactions. Coaching and training the sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences and meet business results by achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets. Maintains a broad scope of knowledge in technology products and services through required trainings or certifications and leadership development.
