Answer inbound customer calls. Document their information as well as the contents of the call. Provide the customer with information on products, services, recalls, and in some cases technical information.

Customer Service, Tier 1 Analyst

Inside and outside sales. Provide customer support when needed. Assist with design and quality assurance of new bicycle frames. Attend national trade shows and local events to spread brand awareness. Assist in warehouse duties as well as delivery of urgent orders to dealers. ( Aventon Bikes was a 3 person operation in the states, manufacturing was overseas. )

Account Specialist

Operate CNC mills and lathes, as well as manual mills and lathes. Operate a 400 ton injection molding press. Assemble and prepare bicycle wheels for shipment and sale. Inside sales of bicycle wheels. Attend local events to market the product. R&D of new construction methods for the bicycle wheels.
