Building meaningful relationships and positively influencing individuals’ lives are my motivators for being a leader in the fitness industry for the past 8 years. I have been the head coach of two CrossFit facilities in Southern California and have global experience managing a CrossFit facility and a team of 4 trainers in Medellin, Colombia. 

Gaining experience as a project manager has highlighted my strengths in organizing complex projects, leading and developing teams and connecting with customers of all backgrounds. 

I believe that through the support of a positive community, any and everyone is capable of elevating their lives, and in turn, elevating the lives of those around them.

When I’m not coaching CrossFit classes, I love practicing complex movements such as Olympic Lifting and gymnastics, mountain biking on local trails, learning through podcasts while cooking, and indulging my love for seeing new places.
