Answer phones, make appointments, answer questions and seek answers from the doctor when needed.  Call clients for updates and call back with requested information.  Assist clients in person when they arrived for appointments or came in to pick up food or prescriptions.  Facilitated payment of invoices and went over estimates with clients prior to services.  Perform the duties of animal restraint, kennel maintenance, assist in radiography, vaccination prep, take baseline animal information, prepare prescriptions, stock supplies and basic animal socialization and maintenance.       

Veterinary Receptionist

Perform the duties of animal restraint, kennel maintenance, surgical prep and post op maintenance, assist in radiography, vaccination prep, take baseline animal information, prepare prescriptions, stock supplies and basic animal socialization and maintenance.  Also answer phones, make appointments, answer questions and seek answers from the doctor when needed.  Call clients for updates and call back with requested information.  Train new employees in basic duties.


Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Performed the roles assigned to me, worked with the public utilizing safe and entertaining procedures, and helped fellow cast members.  Managed assigned areas on a daily basis to ensure a smooth operation and help with guest relations.  Helped to train new hires about Disney policies and Traditions and assisted in Learning Centers operations on property.
