My responsibilities in this role included providing support to the Mortgage Technology Division within Bank of America. This role consisted of providing Capacity Planning Lead support for the PDWare Resource/Capacity Management tool directly for the Mortgage Originations Technology team to ensure that they remained compliant with no policy exceptions within the division. A portion of this role also included Client User Acceptance Testing prior to rollout of new technology and major enhancements to the larger organization.
Technology Project Team Manager/Countrywide Home Loans - B2C/B2B Transition Teams
Responsibilities in this role included supporting the Application Development and Transition Leadership teams during the conversion of Countrywide Mortgage Origination systems during the Bank of America acquisition. These projects required considerable amounts of interaction with both Bank of America and Countrywide Leadership staff and entailed the use of multiple Project Management Methodologies. Collaborated closely with the Business Units and Technology teams at varying levels from both the BAC and CFC teams to ensure deliverables were met on time, within budget and properly resourced throughout implementation. A large portion of this role included Capacity/Resource Allocation Planning, Sr. Management Reporting, Budgeting/Forecasting and maintaining project artifacts in our SDLC and SharePoint sites on both CFC and BAC platforms.

Responsibilities included providing Operational Business Support for the Commercial Technology Application Development Team for Commercial Banking. Reporting directly to Senior Management and provided support in the arenas of Finance, Human Relations, Project Management, Site Management and day to day operations including Audit Analysis. PT IT provided technology solutions for the Production Technologies Division of Countrywide.
