Assistant Vice President, Operations Research Analyst- Business Enablement/Capacity Management Team My responsibilities in this role included providing support to the Mortgage Technology Division within Bank of America. This function of this role is to collaborate closely with Technology Units at varying levels of management to support their Strategic Capacity/Demand planning for the year by providing support in Executive Management BI Reporting, Budgeting/Forecasting and Process Improvement. This role consisted of providing Capacity Planning Lead support for the PDWare Resource/Capacity Management tool directly for the Mortgage Originations Technology team to ensure that they remained compliant with no policy exceptions within the division. A portion of this role also included Client User Acceptance Testing prior to rollout of new technology and major enhancements to the larger organization. Technology Project Team Manager/Countrywide Home Loans - B2C/B2B Transition Teams Responsibilities in this role included supporting the Application Development and Transition Leadership teams during the conversion of Countrywide Mortgage Origination systems during the Bank of America acquisition. These projects required considerable amounts of interaction with both Bank of America and Countrywide Leadership staff and entailed the use of multiple Project Management Methodologies. Collaborated closely with the Business Units and Technology teams at varying levels from both the BAC and CFC teams to ensure deliverables were met on time, within budget and properly resourced throughout implementation. A large portion of this role included Capacity/Resource Allocation Planning, Sr. Management Reporting, Budgeting/Forecasting and maintaining project artifacts in our SDLC and SharePoint sites on both CFC and BAC platforms. Countrywide Bank Vice President, Commercial IT Operations Responsibilities included providing Operational Business Support for the Commercial Technology Application Development Team for Commercial Banking. Reporting directly to Senior Management and provided support in the arenas of Finance, Human Relations, Project Management, Site Management and day to day operations including Audit Analysis. This role required considerable interaction with CTO and Executive Level Management within various divisions at Countrywide Bank. It was my responsibility to be the point person for all deliverables pertaining to Accounting, Budget/Finance (A/P)/Variance reporting, Business Reviews, Recruitment, Weekly portfolio review meetings, Facility/Space Planning/Relocation, Vendor /Contract Management, Sharepoint Administrator and assisting in the coordination of strategic planning for projects throughout the year. A large portion of this role was Release Management coordination to ensure offshore and offshore resources met all deliverables on a timely basis for all initiatives. This role required interacting with Executive management (MD & EVP levels), Developers, Clients and LOB’s at all levels regarding requirements, issues and reporting. PT IT provided technology solutions for the Production Technologies Division of Countrywide. ? Sr. Systems Analyst/Production Technologies (Wholesale, Countrywide.com/Full Spectrum Lending.com) Responsibilities included Project Management and System Analysis support for the Internet/Web Development Team of Wholesale Lending (CWBC.com), Countrywide.com and Fullspectrumlending.com. This role required interacting with Sr. Level Management, Developers, Clients and LOB’s at all levels regarding project management and requirement documentation for implementation of new initiatives and enhancements to websites and lotus notes databases. Responsibilities included the creation of Project, Implementation and Disaster Recovery Plans, Program Change Requests, Specifications, Quality Assurance Validation in Development and Alpha Environments.
