• Manage and maintain orders for key accounts and outside sales reps in Arizona, Hawaii, and Guam territories 
• Utilize diplomacy and problem solving skills with cross functional partners across multiple departments
• Support businesses by entering orders, giving updates on inventory, and handling returns and repairs
• Cultivate relationships with accounts and sales reps by taking, on average, 30 phone calls per day
• Maintain the U.S. custom bag program for accounts and field sales representatives 
• Serve as liaison among the customer, field rep, Nike art team, and overseas production team to ensure the final custom bag products meet customer’s expectations
• Participate and provide feedback for footwear product testing for the U.S. Nike Golf team
• Assist and manage orders for the Swoosh Staff program organization 
• Lead and present for new hires through the Customer Service Onboarding Program to educate on our current Golf Bag line
• Support outside field sales reps in various golf marketing events and tournament preparation (ie: Web.com tour, Nike golf mobile pro shops, WinCo Foods Portland Open) 
• Promoted to the Custom Club phones team after exhibiting superior knowledge of the Nike Golf product
