I am an analytical, self-motivated and hard working professional with more than several years experience in the manufacturing industry. As a team player I am committed to ensuring total customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding customer service skills and follow up from start to finish. I maintain a calm, professional demeanor even during high-pressure situations. I am highly skilled in product/project management and managing staff development/motivation.

I thrive on learning, being challenged, problem solving and cross functional collaboration. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career in which all have taught me how to be the best in process improvement, customer relationships/satisfaction and timeline management.

My true passion in life is traveling…it lights up my soul! I love to go different places and explore the alluring areas, history and culture. I enjoy a great tour and tasting at the local breweries, wineries and distilleries. Traveling has opened up my natural curiosity to learn and grow while helping me communicate in different ways. Nothing to me is more exciting than traveling to make new experiences and memories that will last forever. What’s better than incorporating your personal love with your professional strengths?!  

Due to corporate setbacks, I was a part of a mass lay off with my company of 15 years. In my search for opportunities, I am open to new industries that will support my personal interest including food & beverage and hospitality & travel. With my growth and experience over the years as well as my diverse sense of self, I am sure to succeed when I apply my skills to something I enjoy. I would love to make a life out of my living.
