Effectively merchandise the entire sales floor and displays with no plan o grams based upon new arrivals of shipment and or transfers of 30 thousand units or more per season change also to enhance under performance items as well as top sellers. Complete weekly logs of visual updates. Run weekly reports of department to rotate out product. Run the stock team to ensure new product is consistently brought up and pushed to the sales floor. Run the replenishment team to ensure sales floor is completely full. Complete daily & weekly action plan for merchandising the sales floor due to sell threw or overstock issues. Partner with the allocations team for correct replenishment. Coordinate with buyers for shipping dates and heavy drops. We receive 20-40 pallets at a time weekly. Complete weekly and monthly paperwork. Complete transfers. Manage the store, open and close the store, cash handling, bank deposits, schedule writing, supply orders, supervision of staff and delegate tasks to employees. Help customers with special orders, custom orders, eyewear, apparel, accessories and footwear. Training and developing our team on store standards, product knowledge, and policies and procedures. Create an exceptional sales experience for our employees, vendors, special groups, law enforcement & fire dept. Our store is not open to the public
