• Designed mens and womens activewear targeting the millennial and gen Z market with trend forward designs, compelling product stories and premium materials

-Managed the design process from conception through production for over 220 styles per season for the womenswear line
-Pitched trend/fabric/color to the Creative Director and the Executive Vice President of Sales
-Generated mood/trend/fabric boards through researching new ideas, technology, and other related design inspirations
-Designed into well established and upcoming trends through fabric and trim selection/sourcing, creating initial sketches and techpacks
-Worked closely with production team to ensure timely delivery of high quality product
-Reviewed all submits and samples from 1st sample to TOP for approval
-Communicated with overseas factories on a daily basis to coordinate sampling and production
-Conducted fittings and managed corrections and alterations
-Established brand identity through composing collection catalogs and creating logos, trims, hangtags, and prints
-Delegated to freelance and assistant designers

-Created, colored, and edited flats for Resort and Spring 2016
-Assisted in development of samples by transferring patterns, cutting fabric, sewing samples, and packaging drop-
-Participated in fitting sessions by dressing models, recording looks with Polaroids, preparing and organizing the
