Commercial Coordinator

- Project material management
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Management of project equipment tracking system
- Issue weekly equipment status reports to projects personnel
- Liaise with Procurement Coordinator, Discipline engineers the
requirement to ensure that equipment is ordered, shipped and arrived in line with the project schedule

Cost & Material coordinator

- Support engineered and pre-engineered system business for EPC
and marine projects
- Logistics for import product with vendors

- Manage business materials and the paper works
- Processing distributor agreement with thirdparty.
- Communicate for purchasing product with oversea factory
- Information collection & update Weekly/Monthly Report

Sales Coordinator

- Purchasing order from China, Indonesia, and India.
- Support sales to find a new market
- Support to manage of Price, inspection & shipping schedule
