Temp Assignment. Responsible for the activities of warehouse team members working on second and third shift. Activities included loading/unloading trucks, pulling orders, inventory consolidation and cycle counting. Responsible for accuracy of all activities mentioned above as well as monitoring and updating KPI board and making adjustments when necessary. Interface with Proctor and Gamble staff to resolve any issues related to conveyors, equipment of facility issues within the 800k square foot distribution center. Also conducted hourly inspections to ensure overall safety and security.

Responsible for daily activities of two shifts comprised of eight team members. Temp staffing hired at peak volume periods. Oversee pulling of orders, receiving materials, transfer of finished goods to DC, bulk and component inventory. Facilitate the creation of Safety Committee and company evacuation procedures. Interface primarily with accounting, purchasing, production, senior management, and HR. Responsible for hiring and firing of employees. Implement cost saving initiatives within area of responsibility such as: Just-In-Time, organization of the warehouse and yard, continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Established and monitored KPI's. Responsible for payroll accuracy and submission for department.

Responsible for the activities of two shifts operating in 170k square foot Red Bull distribution center. Activities of team members included: shipping, receiving, cycle counting, inventory consolidation, and pick and pack POS merchandise. Additional responsibilities included: billing, payroll, customer service, coordinating inbound and outbound with logistics team located to of state, safety, facility sanitation, and security.
